lpt178 Terms and Conditions for Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and lpt178 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any service provided by lpt178.

Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms means you accept those changes. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the terms.

lpt178 operates under international licensing and complies with the regulations set by the relevant licensing body. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures stated in this agreement.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use lpt178 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition issued by any authority
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

lpt178 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identification card (MyKad), proof of address, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of terms.

All information provided during registration — including full name, mobile number, email, and bank account number — must be accurate and belong to the user themselves. lpt178 will not process withdrawals to an account in another person's name.

• Full name must match official identification documents
• Email address must be active and accessible for verification purposes
• Mobile number must be a Malaysian number registered in the user's own name
• Password must be sufficiently strong and must not be shared with anyone

lpt178 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason, at the platform's sole discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lpt178 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Payment terms in effect:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 for all payment methods without exception
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
• All withdrawals will be processed to the account registered in the user's own name only
• lpt178 does not charge processing fees, however payment providers may impose their own charges

lpt178 reserves the right to delay or freeze transactions showing signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity until an investigation is complete. Users will be notified via email or live chat regarding the status of any suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lpt178 offers various promotions from time to time, each subject to its own specific terms. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus.

The lpt178 Welcome Bonus is as follows:

• 150% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus value received
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings. lpt178 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed through lpt178 are final once confirmed by the system. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their betting selections are correct before confirmation is made.

• All winnings and losses will be automatically credited or debited from the user's account balance
• lpt178 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or inaccurate information from a data provider
• Odds and betting prices may change before a bet is confirmed; the odds at the time of confirmation apply
• For sports betting, the official result from the event organiser is final in determining winnings
• The lpt178 VIP programme consists of three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%)

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the lpt178 platform and may result in immediate action including account suspension or closure:

• 🚫 Bonus abuse or exploitation of system loopholes with the intent to gain illegitimate advantage
• 🚫 Holding more than one active account or multiple accounts for the same purpose

• 🚫 Transferring funds between other users' accounts for fraudulent purposes
• 🚫 Using another person's credit card or bank account information without lawful authorisation
• 🚫 Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the operations of the lpt178 system

lpt178 reserves the right to report suspected money laundering or illegal financing activities to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the users involved.

8. Account Closure

Users may close their lpt178 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

lpt178 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Confirmed breach of terms and conditions
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially involving fraud
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies

lpt178's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made. lpt178 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

10. Amendment of Terms
